Day 19 - Friday Week 3

Another Week Gone
Today kicked off with a "Devil's Advocate" version of pitch your problem. The goal was to critically analyze them, pinpointing potential areas of weakness. My team pitched two ideas to gather input on their shortcomings. It was a valuable session, though I wished people would have been more direct with their feedback. No idea is perfect, and it is a huge help to hear why they think that your idea sucks.
Review Time
Following the pitching session was a Townhall, reflecting on the week's events. Much has happened this week, with many individuals choosing to track out. It will be interesting to see whether these newly formed teams will persevere until the program's end or if there will be another shift in team composition in the coming weeks as people have the chance to work together. Antler has been advocating for early tracking out to test viability, let's see how this pans out.
Going Live
In the evening, we visited Parnerful, an Antler-backed startup launching their MVP this Friday. It was a great opportunity to talk with founders who have received funding and learn more about their experiences and future plans. I had hoped for a success story, but it seems they, like many others I've spoken to, are already working on securing the next funding round. It appears the funding race is never stopping, with one round leading directly to the next. I better get used to this, so I can handle what I have signed up for and act accordingly.
Copenhagen Vibes
I spent the evening at a local DJ party, perhaps the most Copenhagen thing I've done since moving to the city. It was refreshing to engage in something unrelated to work for once, and I must admit, I felt rejuvenated, reminiscent of my youth although I have not spent much time in clubs. Experiencing Copenhagen's nightlife was a needed break, celebrating the conclusion of another week at Antler, well knowing that the real challenges lie ahead.
