Day 29 - Pitch Prepping

The Product

Today was dedicated to preparing for tomorrow's pitch. However, before we could think about the pitch, we needed to define our product. This was quite a challenge considering our product is still in its infancy. Every question we answered spawned three more questions, making it difficult to cover all aspects: What is our unique selling proposition? Who are our competitors? How should it be priced? What's the pricing structure? What's the go-to-market plan? What about technical implementation—how do we build it, what features to support, and where to cut corners? It took the entire day to align on these points.

Crafting the Pitch

Once we had set a direction, we had to translate it into slides. With only 5 minutes for the pitch, every slide had to be to the point. Additionally, dividing the slides between us was a challenge too. My expertise lies in designing and building the platform, but since that's still very conceptual, I will have to present the business aspects of platform as well.

Time to catch some sleep before the big pitching frenzy tomorrow!
