Day 39 - Focus Thursday

Planning
Today was dedicated to creating a plan for the upcoming Easter week. I'll be heading to Aarhus for the rest of this week, and next week, I'll spend time at my dad's house in Flensburg, Germany. Additionally, we've begun recruiting interns for our startup. While it may seem early in our journey, extra hands would be a huge help. I believe we can offer an interesting test case for young professionals, providing them with more freedom than established companies might offer. Let's hope we receive some intriguing applications.
Today we also got a call from Magnus Grimeland for an AMA session. He shared his perspective on the current startup scene and what he looks for in startups. It's crucial to pay attention to what our "boss" is saying if we want to have a shot at being invited to the Antler-backed startups club. In essence, he seeks a team that executes, demonstrates persistence, and hustles on an idea that gains traction early on. While we have a great team, achieving traction depends on external factors, making it challenging to show impressive numbers. Nonetheless, it's valuable to understand his perspective, which helps us focus on the right aspects in our pitch.
Back Home
I took the bus to Aarhus, embracing the startup life of being both cheap and efficient. The same applies to the place I'll be staying for the next few days—a cozy basement provided by a fellow founder. It's wonderful to be part of such a supportive community! Now, it's time to rest up so I can execute the plan we crafted yesterday. Hopefully I'll get time for some coding tomorrow.
