Day 44 - New Landing Page

Crafting the Landing Page

Today was dedicated to working on the landing page from dawn till dusk. It always surprises me how much time goes into creating even a basic webpage with essential information. Each element, from conception to execution, demands at least 30 minutes, and before you know it, days have passed. But today, I finally managed to incorporate all the changes, resulting in a revamped website featuring our own texts and images. While there's room for improvement, especially with regards to the content, we now have something tangible to present to potential users. The next step is optimizing it for mobile phones, a task that shouldn't consume too much time now to groundwork had been done.

Germany Calling

We also had a team meeting around noon today. It reminded me of the days when we were forced to work from home during the pandemic - everyone dialing in from different locations. Fortunately, this time it was voluntary. We delved into discussions about the tasks required to prepare for the upcoming pre-IC next week. There's still much ground to cover, and I haven't made as much progress as I'd hoped. However, at least the updated version of the website is now live. Kendal has made progress in positioning our business and refining the related slides. Yet, with Easter looming just around the corner, our time will be constrained. Time to get more work done!
