Day 64 - Pitch Preparation

Fine-tuning the Pitch
Today, our main focus was polishing up the pitch for tomorrow's presentation. I dedicated most of my time to reviewing the prototype, ensuring that the details were in place, and creating necessary videos to complement the presentation. Additionally, I updated the "next steps" slide and refined the technical slides with fresh data and images. While it might seem like a straightforward task, condensing all the essential information into a concise and easily digestible format was challenging. Balancing multiple angles within a 10-minute timeframe required careful consideration. Upon rehearsing my segment, I realized it had expanded from three to five minutes - a luxury I couldn't afford. Thus, I anticipate spending the night trimming it down once more.
Building Connections
In the evening, I attended a networking event, offering a welcome break from slide decks and presentations. The event started with an insightful discussion on the internationalization of startups and strategies for scaling beyond the initial market. Though we're not yet at the scaling stage yet, gathering insights is always valuable. I saw a few tactics that could prove beneficial once we're ready to expand. I also managed to secure a few more sign-ups for our waitlist, bringing us even closer to the 100-mark milestone!
