Day 7 - Recharging

Hello Copenhagen

Today marked my day off, so I decided to seize the opportunity to explore the city. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on my side as it rained persistently, obscuring my view through fogged glasses and dampening my excitement. Despite the conditions, occasional breaks in the rain unveiled the city's charm. I know I will love living here!

Game On!

Around noon, I received a call from a longtime friend immersed in building a game startup. He invited me to visit the office and share a beer while checking out the game. Despite the wet journey to the office, the experience was worthwhile. The workspace was the embodiment of a startup, housed within a container adorned with screens, desks, and various IT gadgets. A calendar adorned the wall, its dates crossed off, serving as a reminder of their funding countdown (although, to my relief, they had secured additional funding). The office flora, though visibly neglected, somehow added to the ambiance, signaling the intensity of their focus on their endeavor. It is clear that something big is being build here. I hope I will have an office as cool as theirs soon!

Getting Ready

I spent the rest of the day recovering from walking through the rain all day. Tomorrow week 2 starts. Let's hope I find an idea / team soon!
