Day 8 - More Team-building

Greetings!

A new week, more team building. Today's focus was on getting to know people I hadn't had the chance to talk to before. We also had a session about super trends to gather inspiration for the ideas we'll eventually start working on. When we form our teams, that is. I really enjoy the opportunity to engage in deeper conversations with people, supported by several icebreaker tasks. However, the better I get to know people, the harder it is for me to figure out who to team up with.

Show Me the Money

We also had a morning session with three VCs to gain some initial understanding of what they are looking for. To sum it up, the requirements for pre-seed funding don't seem very stringent. The main factor they are looking for is a good team that they believe in. Great, now I feel even more pressure to team up with the right people!

Reaching Out

I finished the day by having some phone calls (huddles) with founders from the other Nordic cohorts. I still wish we all could have met in the same location; it's not easy to determine if you would be a good team through a call. Or maybe it is, and it just hasn't happened for me yet. Time will tell.
