Day 9 - Working across the Nordics

Hello Nordics!
Today's focus revolves around collaborating with the entire Nordic cohort through online calls. I would have preferred all founders to gather at a single location, at least for the initial weeks, to make this easier. I get that some have other commitments, but it does raise questions about their readiness to navigate the challenges of founding a company if they can't find a few weeks to get a new business off the ground.
We kicked off the day with an online networking class using breakout rooms for different areas of interest. It was refreshing to finally interact with faces from the other co-horts beyond Denmark. Nonetheless, establishing genuine connections remains a challenge because of the vast array of individuals, ideas, and potential partnerships.
Idea Marathon
In the afternoon, we pitched to all locations at the same time. Once again, it was insightful, but the sheer volume of content made it challenging to stay engaged. Perhaps there's a more efficient approach, like recording pitches for easy skipping if they're not of immediate interest. Additionally, adopting a common structure could reduce the cognitive load and make sure that basic questions such as "I looking for X" are answered.
After the presentations, I headed home to rest. It seems that walking through the rain all weekend took a greater toll on me than I anticipated.
